Q: Is this open to the community, or limited to only for Mark West Community Preschool families & alumni? 

Everyone is welcome! We want to give all families a fun afternoon that celebrates the spirit of Sonoma County.

Q: Is this a kid friendly event? 

Yes!! It is for children and families. Carnival games, face painting and a petting zoo will be available for children, as well as kid-friendly food and drink options.

Q: Are children free?

Children under the age of 2 do not need an admission ticket

 Q: What does my $10 admission ticket include?

 Enjoyment of live music by Choppin’ Broccoli and access to purchase punch cards to participate in carnival games, petting zoo, face painting or purchase food and beverages, including beer, wine & cider. 

Q: Can I buy punch cards now?

They are available online, via EventBrite, and will be available for purchase at the event in $10 increments ($10 for 10 punches) 

Q: Can I pay by credit card? 

Credit card purchases can be made via EventBrite or on-site day of event 

Q: Is this tax deductible?

Yes, we are working  with the non-profit, California Community Lender Inc. Tax ID 82-3498516, who will be accepting all tax-deductible donations on behalf of Mark West Community Preschool.

Q:    Does  rain  cancel?  

No,  we  are  prepared  for  rain   Saralee  &  Richards  Barn  at  the  Santa  Rosa  Fairgrounds  is  covered,  so  we  are  ready  for  a  fun  afternoon,  rain  or  shine.  


Q: WHAT are punch cards?
A: Punch cards are good for games, food and drinks and are the preferred method of payment once inside the event.
Punch cards are $10 per card (10 punches per card) or Buy 10, Get one FREE!!!

Q: HOW many punch cards do I need?
A: We recommend 2 punch cards per child and 2-3 punch cards per adult. Carnival games will range from 1-4 punches each and carnival food (popcorn, cotton candy, mini ice cream cones, etc) will be 1-8 punches. Adults may also choose to enjoy beer or wine (5-10 punches). You can always share your cards with a friend, grandparent, etc.

Q: What happens when I FINISH a punch card?
A: Don't toss it! Write your name on it and drop it into our prize drawing basket! We'll be drawing used punch cards throughout the night for different prizes: Windsor Golf foursome, Amy's Kitchen Drive Thru gift cards, Sports Basement gift cards, a Kistler magnum, gift baskets from Lagunitas, La Tortilla Factory and more! The more punch cards you finish, the better chance to win!

Q: WHERE do I get punch cards?
A: Online through EventBrite (nominal fees apply), in person at the event or current preschool families can purchase them this week WITHOUT fees or lines
